All orders will be fulfilled within 1-3 business days of initial purchase.
Once order has been fulfilled, you will be provided tracking information for your shipment.
Most orders will be delivered within 3-4 business days after fulfillment.
In total, must customers will receive their order within 6-10 business days of ordering.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery if you are unhappy with the fit of your order and we will provide a one-time exchange. Customer is responsible for shipping the previous item in order to receive the new product of the desired size.
Since almost all of our products are made to order, the majority of time between an order being received and delivered is spent on fulfillment. Since we cannot guarantee immediate fulfillment, customers who pay a premium for express shipping may still receive their order in five business days which may lead to a frustrating experience. We hope to provide express options in the future as our operational logistics scale up.
Contact us at [email protected] with your order details. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.
Note that you must get in touch with the shipping carrier to try locating the lost order. If tracking information states an order was delivered but you haven't received it, we are unable to take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your own expense.
Unfortunately, we are unable to retroactively apply discounts to purchases that have already processed. What we can and will do, is match your coupon for your next purchase with us.

If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to [email protected], then we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
Contact us at [email protected] with your order details. If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address.
Unfortunately, due to manufacturing costs and shipping expenses, we are unable to refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Thank you for understanding.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part will be covered.
We do not charge a restocking fee, however shipping labels for returns are not provided, and the customer is responsible for shipping costs to return an item.
Make sure to first notify us at [email protected] for any returns or if there are any errors with your order. It is always best to include photos with your initial problem report to avoid additional delays.
Completing an order on our site will opt you in to our newsletter. You may unsubscribe at any time.
We will also send you a single email to request a product review with each order. If you choose to submit a review it will be shared publicly on our website. Your feedback helps us improve our products and service, as well as helps other customers in their shopping decisions.
Your order details and shipping address will be shared with our fulfillment vendor to complete your order. No other third parties will receive your data.
