Around the Bird Bath: Taking UTSA Baseball NIL to the next level

UTSA Baseball has taken the next step on the field. It’s time for the UTSA community and administration to do the same. Key investments are necessary in both facilities and NIL to ensure the program can not just maintain its current success, but exceed it.

In this episode Dan brings back two previous guests to share how the UTSA community is organizing to address the NIL piece of the puzzle. First up, Eddie Benningfield, the Executive Director of the Runners Rising Project, joins to give us an update on the collectives progress and plans for working with baseball athletes.

Following Eddie’s appearance, Ray Redding joins to make an exciting announcement about NIL support for UTSA’s baseball program, as well as issue a call for support to UTSA Baseball alumni and the community at large.
