After some careless Aggie errors gave UTSA a comfortable lead in the early innings, it looked like UTSA was heading towards a road win in College Station for the second straight season. Instead, the Roadrunners arguably left a middle reliever in for two long, then the Aggies ripped out UTSA’s heart with a walk-off homerun in the bottom of the 9th. While it was a tough loss against one of the top teams in the country, there were still plenty of positive takeaways for UTSA.
