Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part will be covered.
We do not charge a restocking fee, however shipping labels for returns are not provided, and the customer is responsible for shipping costs to return an item.
Make sure to first notify us at contact@alamodomeaudible.com for any returns or if there are any errors with your order. It is always best to include photos with your initial problem report to avoid additional delays.
Please follow the fit style and sizing guidelines listed in the product description. Unfortunately, due to manufacturing costs and shipping expenses, size exchanges will come at an additional cost to you. Thank you for understanding.

Note that you must get in touch with the shipping carrier to try locating the lost order. If tracking information states an order was delivered but you haven't received it, we are unable to take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your own expense.
Unfortunately, we are unable to retroactively apply discounts to purchases that have already processed. What we can and will do, is match your coupon for your next purchase with us.

If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to contact@alamodomeaudible.com, then we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address.
Unfortunately, due to manufacturing costs and shipping expenses, we are unable to refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Thank you for understanding.
